Demize International Club Model

The National Premier Soccer League is a minor league 4th Division in the American soccer pyramid. The league spreads across the country and has almost 100 teams. The 2019 NPSL season was the most successful in Demize history as the club made it to the Heartland Conference Championship with a roster that contained 4 All-Heartland Conference players. The club welcomed players from 17 different countries for the 2019 season.

The M3 will serve as the amateur gateway for players who are looking to develop into the professional players featured in M2 and the Major Arena Soccer League first division. It is the 3rd division of arena soccer in America. Prior to joining M3, Demize competed in PASL, the current 4th division of American arena soccer,  for 14 years. Springfield’s history was culminated in 2020 with its first Midwest Division Championship and an undefeated PASL National championship in Cincinnati on October 11th, 2020.  Demize has had indoor players move on to play in the MASL first division with David Paul signing with the St. Louis Ambush in 2013,  Joao Machado signing with the Ambush in 2019, and Rian Marques signing with the Kansas City Comets in 2020.

United Women’s Soccer (UWS) is a national pro-am league composed of professionally operated clubs within the United States and Canada. UWS provides high level competition for college players, aspiring & former professionals, and international stars. The season runs from May until the end of July, culminating in a National Championship. The league fills the gap between the college & professional ranks and has over 15 NWSL draftees & 150 professional contracts since it's inception in 2016.  Springfield Demize is a founding member of the Central Conference.

The Demize men’s team competes in Super Cups put on by Minor League Soccer Championships. The inaugural MLSC tournament took place in the summer of 2020. Demize has taken part in the Heartland Super Cup and Fall Super Cup. MLSC divides teams into four regions for group play at the beginning of each cup before evolving into knockout stages. Member teams were from some of the top leagues in the country including the USL, UPSL, and NPSL. These tournaments allow Demize men’s teams to compete outdoors beyond the summer against competition from a variety of leagues.

Sporting Springfield is the youth academy of the men’s and women’s Demize teams as well as an official affiliate of MLS side Sporting Kansas City. The club has partnered with the MLS side since 2016. In 2020, the Demize Soccer Academy and Lady Demize youth teams merged with Sporting Springfield. The club is composed of teams with players aging from 3 years old to 19 years old. The club gives youth players in the Southwest Missouri surrounding area access to the best development opportunities possible stemming from the MLS, NPSL, and UWS levels.

Demize would like to one day bring professional soccer in the third division of the American pyramid to Springfield, Missouri. Southwest Missouri has a great soccer community and we feel that our growth as an organization can evolve into bringing a fully professional outdoor soccer team to our city.

Thrilled with our success in the 2019-2020 PASL campaign, Demize is prepared to transition to the ranks of professional indoor soccer through the path of M3. We feel that the Springfield soccer community is capable of supporting a professional arena soccer team. The evolving structure of the Major Arena Soccer League and its tiers present the possibility of competing in M2, the second division of arena soccer in the US.
