Later he began coaching his youngest son, Matteo, at the Webb City Soccer Club.  He coached there for several years and than was asked to bring his team to the Webb City Storm Soccer Club and recruit a more competitive group of boys.   His team traveled to Tulsa, OK; Springfield, MO; and Springdale, AR for tournaments and league play.

When the Joplin Demize was formed in 2013, coach Marcos brought his team over to Demize Soccer Academy.  Under the tutelage of Director of Coaching Luis Percovich (JDA) and Chris Hanlon (SDA) soon, Coach Marcos was helping assist and coach all the teams in the new Joplin Demize Academy program.

In 2016, after 1 year at Joplin High School as an assistant, he would become the Director of Coaching for Joplin Demize Academy.  Since becoming the director has coached several championship teams including the 2016 LCS spring league champion (JDA U12 boys) with a record 7 wins and 1 tie, the 2017 LCS winter league(U13/14 boys) and the 2017 Lady Demize HS Girls team in which both went undefeated.

Coach Marcos is dedicated to not only teach the beautiful game of soccer, but to also give players the opportunity to become better teammates.  He strives to make his players ready to reach the next level and for that all the young athletes come to respect his desire to make not only the players better but to make this area better.
