Dining to Donate

Total Demize Soccer Club will host it’s first Dining to Donate event at Applebees as a fund raiser for the individual teams.  The event will be held on April 6th, and if you present this flyer to your server, and attach your team name with it (i.e. Total Demize SC U10 Boys), the club will receive 20% of the sales.  There are possibilities for parties for the team that collects the most money through this event.  Below are more details on the event, and you can download a sample flyer here.
