Total Demize Soccer Club finished out the summer strong, placing highly in many tournaments and winning two local 3v3 tournaments. The U12 boys took place in the first round of Show Me State Games competing in the 3v3 format of the tournament. After a very strong showing, the boys only stumbled once with a loss to Columbia Pride U12, and going undefeated throughout the rest of the tournament on the way to the first Bronze Medal of the month for Total. The U11 and U10 boys joined forces to take part in the Show Me Games U11 elite division. The boys started off with a very strong 4-0 victory over Columbia Pride, and drew 1-1 against Trail Blazers SC. Sunday offered the biggest test after competing back to back against two Saint Louis Scott Gallagher teams. The boys were able to hold the Dragons to a one goal margin in the first place, but were unable to keep up in the second half. In the last game of the tournament, the U11’s were able to find the net through a penalty kick after Jaxon was taken down in the box for Josh to step up and convert. The U11’s waited for the results but were finally awarded third place behind the two Saint Louis Scott Gallagher teams, who took First and Second respectively.
The U14 boys travelled the same weekend to take place in the Carthage 3v3 Tournament, and pushed towards a gold medal against strong opposition. In the last weekend of the month TDSC travelled into Ozark to take place in the Ozark 3v3 Tournament.
